User Types: Owner, Administrator, Teacher, Student

In this guide, you'll discover the unique permissions and capabilities assigned to each user type.

User Types Explained

1. Owner

  • Comprehensive Statistics & Reports: Access detailed performance metrics and insightful reports about your studio.
  • Full Schedule Management: View and manage the complete studio schedule.
  • Member Management: Create, edit, delete, and view all studio members.
  • Activity Management: Oversee all studio activities, including lessons and events.
  • Financial & Personal Data Access: Full access to students' financial and personal information.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze individual and overall studio performance, uncovering cool and interesting facts about your studio's growth.

2. Administrator (Receptionist)

  • Comprehensive Statistics: Access detailed performance metrics.
  • Schedule Control: Manage the full studio schedule.
  • Member Management: Create, edit, delete, and view all studio members except owners.
  • Activity Management: Oversee all studio activities, including lessons and events.
  • Financial & Personal Data Access: Full access to students' financial and personal information.
  • Operational Consistency: Ensure consistency across studio operations, resolve issues, and communicate with owners, students, and teachers.
  • Notifications & Reminders: Send reminders and communicate via CRM Dance's built-in email feature using donotreply@crm.dance.

3. Teacher

  • Teacher-Specific Statistics: Monitor your own performance metrics.
  • Full Schedule Access: View and manage your personal teaching schedule.
  • Member Interaction: Create, edit, delete, and view select studio members, excluding owners. Personal information can be restricted if needed.
  • Lesson Management: Create, edit, delete, and view lessons with limited control over other activities like events.
  • Partial Financial & Personal Data Access: Access to students' financial and personal information is restricted.
  • Communication: Engage with students through the application's email feature.

4. Student

  • Personal Statistics: View your own performance metrics.
  • Personal Schedule Access: Manage and view your personal class schedule.
  • Profile Management: Edit your personal profile information.
  • Lesson Management: Cancel lessons as needed.
  • Financial Information: View your own financial information and purchase lessons through the integrated online payment system.
  • Event Participation: View available studio events marked as "Allow autosignup" and sign up independently, fostering greater engagement.
  • Communication: Contact the studio and receive emails via CRM Dance's email feature.

Enhanced Communication

CRM Dance's integrated email system allows seamless communication within your studio. Members can send and receive emails directly from the application using the built-in emailing features. Whether it's students reaching out to the studio or the studio communicating with students, maintaining connections has never been easier.

Boost Student Engagement

Students can view their personal schedules and browse events with the "Allow autosignup" feature, enabling self-registration for activities. This autonomy not only streamlines event management but also elevates student engagement to the next level.
