How to Accept Payments Online

Accepting payments online is crucial for modern dance studios to provide flexibility and convenience to clients. This guide offers a step-by-step approach to integrating and managing online payment systems within your studio operations.

Steps to Accept Payments Online

1. Login to the application

• Navigate to the application www.crm.dance
• Chose your studio, enter your email and password.
• Click on the App settings button located at the left-bottom corner of the screen.
• Scroll to the very bottom and find section Payments account.
• Click Connect Payments to start the process.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Due to the registration process of this provider, tt may take up to 3 business days to process your application. However, it usually takes less than 1 hour to get verification and approval

After successful connect

• Once your application has been approved, the text status at the Connect Payments section will change to "Payments are connected successfully".
• You can adjust the percentage of the fee passed on customer. It will come into play when you send invoices/charge payment methods/use payment terminal.
