QuickBooks is a leading accounting software that simplifies managing your financial transactions. By integrating QuickBooks with CRM Dance, you can automate transaction logging and maintain up-to-date financial records effortlessly.

How to Set Up QuickBooks
Step 1: Create or Set Up a QuickBooks Account
If you don’t have a QuickBooks account, sign up at QuickBooks. Ensure you complete the setup process by creating your company profile.
Connecting QuickBooks in CRM Dance
Step 2: Navigate to App Settings
- Login to CRM Dance: Open CRM Dance and log in using your credentials.
- Access App Settings: Click on the App Settings button located at the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
- Scroll to QuickBooks Section: Scroll to the very bottom of the App Settings page and locate the QuickBooks Integration section.
Step 3: Connect to QuickBooks
- Click on Connect QuickBooks.
- You’ll be redirected to the QuickBooks authorization page.
- Authorize Access: Choose the QuickBooks company you want to connect (created during the QuickBooks setup in Step 1) and follow the prompts to authorize CRM Dance.
- Once authorization is complete, you’ll be redirected back to CRM Dance.
Step 4: Verify Connection
- Once the connection is successful, the button will turn gray and display the text: QuickBooks Connected.
- Now, your transactions can be synchronized automatically.
Using QuickBooks with Transactions
Step 5: Adding QuickBooks Product to a Transaction
- When creating a transaction in CRM Dance, add any Additional Expenses that need to be logged in QuickBooks.
- Select QuickBooks Product: Choose the relevant QuickBooks product from the dropdown list provided.
- Payments for this transaction will automatically be recorded in QuickBooks.
Note: Ensure you have correctly set up products and services in QuickBooks to map them efficiently with your transactions in CRM Dance.
