How to Customize the Application

Personalizing your application settings is essential to tailor the software to your studio’s unique needs. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to customize various aspects of the application, enhancing your workflow and optimizing your studio operations.

Steps to Customize the Application

1. Accessing Settings

• Log in to your application dashboard.
• Click on the App settings button located at the left-bottom corner of the screen.

2. Personalizing Studio Information

• General email is the email address which will be receiving notifications about events, such as students contacting you.
• Phone number will be visible to the students to contact you.
• Studio name will be shown at the login screen.
• These fields will be included to the emails and notifications you send to students/staff.
• Click Save Changes to apply the updates.

3. Configuring Student & Teacher types

• Here you can add/remove/edit the types for users. These types will affect the analytics and reports you will see.

4. Customizing Schedule

• You can configure time slots that will be suggested to the users creating the lessons.
• Lesson types can have color associations. If you want to indicate that the person came to the studio for the first time with the custom color on schedule, you can create custom type and select the custom color for it.
• Event types have similar mechanics as Lesson types.
• Activity color associations** directly impacts the colors of the schedule blocks.
• If you want to hide the block of Upcoming activities, you can uncheck the "Display Upcoming Activities at schedule" checkbox.
• The first time-slot of the day and the last time-slot of the day are the time limits that you need to use to customize the timeslots rendered at the schedule. By adjusting the Interval, in minutes field you will change the timeslots rendered at the schedule page

5. Transactions

• Account types are the balances that student has. You can rename it, delete or create a new one. They will immediately appear at the student's profile and ready to charge
• Default price per lesson credit - it will suggest to you the price per credit for the lesson. You can oftenly find it when you record the new transaction for the Lesson balance for a student
