On September 1, 2025, we are starting our private testing program. The goal: ship the essential CRM Dance workflow end‑to‑end so owners and receptionists can run a real day on the platform.
Scheduling that matches how studios operate
- Teacher agenda – instructors get a multi-week personal calendar with quick access to upcoming lessons.
- Studio day board – front desks can view every teacher side by side to spot gaps and conflicts.
- Custom time slots – configure start/end ranges and intervals to reflect how your studio books the floor.
- Participation history – every student profile keeps a running log of attended, cancelled, and no-show lessons.
Ticketing and revenue templates
- Lesson ticket templates power repeat sales with pre-defined credit counts, prices, and expirations.
- Multi-credit support lets you define how many credits a lesson consumes, so high-intensity sessions aren’t charged as single swipes.
Accounts with the right permissions
- Owners & receptionists oversee operations, billing, and configuration.
- Teachers manage their own schedules and attendance without seeing the wrong financial data.
- Students log in, view schedules, and track their ticket usage.
Studio settings built in from day one
- Define credit card pass-through fees and sales tax percentages to keep checkout accurate.
- Build custom lesson types (private, adult, intro, wedding…) and student types (beginner, practitioner, advanced) for precise reporting.
- Track auxiliary revenue with products so merchandise and add-on services stay organized.
This foundation allowed us to get production feedback fast, shape the roadmap, and iterate toward the broader public release that followed later in the month.
