Attendance statuses and multi-credit tickets
Get instant insight into who showed up and charge multi-credit lessons correctly without manual work.
Smarter attendance chips on the schedule
Participation status is now visible right on the calendar. Each lesson tile shows a chip that reflects the combined status of every student:
- ✅ All confirmed – everyone moved beyond “Planned,” so the chip turns green.
- ❌ All cancelled / no-show – every student bailed, so we call it out as cancelled.
- ⏸️ No status changes – if all students are still “Planned,” the chip stays neutral.
- 🟠 Mixed attendance – at least one student has a posted status while others are still planned; we indicate the partial state.
This makes it easy to spot which lessons still need attention before you run payroll or billing.
Charge the right number of ticket uses
Multi-credit lessons now deduct the exact number of uses from a student’s ticket. The number of participations charged matches the credits configured for the lesson.
That means:
- 2-credit lessons automatically consume two ticket uses.
- You can set fractional credits (e.g., 0.5) or custom values, and the ticket usage follows suit.
- Teacher compensation and student charges stay in sync without splitting lessons manually.
